Jil Aigrot, the voice of the film La Vie en Rose (originally La Môme) in the English-language version, which won two Academy Awards, is coming to Abu Dhabi following the success of her new show Édith.
This evocative production takes audiences on a journey through the life and music of Édith Piaf, from the cobbled streets of Montmartre during her early years as “La Môme Piaf,” to the grand stages of the world’s most iconic music halls. Along the way, timeless songs that once stirred hearts and continue to move listeners today are brought vividly to life.
Featuring original scenography and never-before-seen images from Piaf’s life, drawn from a private and previously unpublished collection, the show offers an intimate and moving tribute to one of France’s most beloved voices.
Since the success of the film, Jil Aigrot has enchanted audiences across France, Europe, and the United States with performances marked by emotion, elegance, and undeniable vocal talent.
