Rhythmix is a fun and inspiring gymnastics and dance academy in Dubai, created especially for children who love to move, dance, and shine!

Whether your child is trying gymnastics for the first time or dreaming of competing on international carpet or on a big stage, there’s a place for everyone. Founded by a former professional rhythmic gymnast and experienced coach, Rythmix is all about helping children grow step by step.

Gymnastics Classes

Rhythmic gymnastics is a beautiful and exciting sport where movement, music, and imagination come together. Gymnasts use ribbons, hoops, balls, and more to create graceful routines that show strength, flexibility, and creativity, while also teaching confidence, focus, and discipline — all in a positive and supportive environment. Group classes are based on ability, so every child learns at the right level.

Dance Programmes

Fusion Dance: All the coolest modern dance styles in one exciting class! Students explore contemporary, commercial, hip hop, and jazz, mixing smooth movements with sharp, energetic steps. It’s a fun way to try different styles and discover your own unique groove.

Break Dance: High energy and full of action! Students learn the basics of breaking, including toprock, downrock, power moves, and freezes. From cool footwork to dynamic spins, this class builds strength, coordination, and confidence — while having loads of fun!

Classes take place at top international schools such as Dubai American Academy and Raffles World Academy. With over 100 happy students, Rhythmix gymnasts regularly perform and compete both locally and internationally, proudly representing the academy and Dubai around the world.
