The Dendeng Bak Kwa Chicken’O is generously filled with smoky BBQ dendeng chicken bak kwa, paired with crunchy water chestnut ( 马蹄 (ma ti)), sweet corn, carrot and spring onion, and lightly seasoned with ground chilli and black pepper for a well-balanced, festive bite.
The Trio Nian Gao Spring’O features a harmonious combination of sticky rice (nian gao), yam and sweet potato, wrapped in a crispy spring roll skin that delivers a satisfying contrast of chewy and crunchy textures. Naturally sweet and presented in three vibrant colours, the Trio Nian Gao Spring’O symbolises harmony, abundance and sweetness for the year ahead.
