A. GENERAL TERMS

1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.

2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this event.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 11 Frasers Property Singapore developments:

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands

2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app, FRx website or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, a verified mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.

4. To apply, download the FRx app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.

C. REDEMPTION

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards:

Scan your FRx QR Code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.

Spend $288 to receive a Fudai Bag worth more than $50.

Limited to the first 188 redemptions per day. Limited to a single redemption per FRx member per day, regardless of total amount spent.

Minimum spend of $288 in a maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions.

Minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores.

Present your FRx QR Code in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service, Level 2 (North Wing) to redeem.

Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day, in person, on a first-come, first-served basis, and while stocks last.

Redeemed Fudai Bag cannot be exchanged for either cash or other prizes.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.

3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.

4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice Customer Service to earn FRx Points.

5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.

6. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service, Level 2 (North Wing).

7. The Management of Northpoint City reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.

8. The decision of the Management of Northpoint City on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at their reasonable discretion and is final and binding for all participants.

D. OTHERS

1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply. For more information, please visit www.FrasersExperience.com.

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Northpoint City will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

3. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of Northpoint City reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
