Early READ Fiesta is NLB's annual event promoting the joy of reading and learning among young families, educators and the wider community.

For this year's theme, we're transforming our libraries into A World of Wonders where young explorers (0-6 years) and their older siblings can journey through five enchanting lands.
Join us over three exciting weekends in the school holidays! Visit us at:

Programmes

Catch a range of hands-on programmes and unique storytelling sessions including:

Bilingual storytelling sessions, such as "The Happiness Emporium" featuring life-sized birds.
Hearing from a veterinarian about what they do every day!
Create catapults and mazes in our Book Explorers sessions!

Fiesta Challenge

Journey through the transformed lands at Early READ Fiesta 2025 and redeem a special token* at the redemption booth when you complete all the steps. Don't forget to borrow your books!

*Terms and Conditions apply.

Participants must show loans via the NLB Mobile App or physical loan receipts with the 4 books borrowed on the same day to the staff at the Redemption booth to redeem the token. NLB reserves the right to change the tokens based on existing stocks without prior notice.

Lands and Booths

Our world of wonder will feature multiple interactive lands!

Build and create in Tinker Land, discover exciting booths in Discover Land, enjoy magical storytelling in Fantasy Land*, join special programmes in Knowledge Land, and explore sensory play stations in Sensory Land. Every corner promises a new adventure!
