SwimDolphia Aquatic School is a recognised high-performance swimming academy that offers clear, structured pathways from Learn-to-Swim to Competitive Swimming, accredited by Singapore Aquatics.
Designed for families who value both strong fundamentals and long-term development, SwimDolphia combines technical excellence with a positive, confidence-building learning experience.
At the heart of SwimDolphia is the belief that swimming should be taught correctly from the very beginning. All programmes follow World Aquatics rules and standards, ensuring that children develop safe habits, efficient technique, and a genuine love for the sport. Lessons are delivered in a friendly, motivating environment.
Young swimmers are encouraged to enjoy learning while progressing under the guidance of passionate and highly experienced coaches. Children begin their journey in the Learn-to-Swim Programme (ages 4+), where the focus is on water confidence, breathing control, stroke foundations, and essential aquatic safety skills. With clear milestones and structured progression, they naturally advance into the SwimFaster Programme (ages 6+), which refines technique, improves efficiency, and builds speed and endurance.
For those with higher aspirations, the Competitive Swimming Programme (ages 6+) follows a proven Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) framework. This programme supports swimmers aiming to compete at school, club, national, and international levels, balancing performance training with physical development and wellbeing. SwimDolphia swimmers have gone on to represent Singapore at major competitions including SEA AGE, World Aquatics Junior Championships, World Cup, and the Asian Youth Games.
SwimDolphia is proud of its strong coaching credentials. The academy is recognised by Singapore Aquatics as both a Level 1 and Level 2 Coach Developing Centre, reflecting its commitment to coaching excellence. Its competitive programme has produced outstanding athletes, including national-level swimmer Megan Yo, who was named Most Valuable Performer (MVP) at the Singapore National Age Group Swimming Championships (Juniors/Seniors) in 2023 and Rhys Ng who won Most Valuable Performer (MVP) in 2013.
To support holistic athlete growth, SwimDolphia also provides a comprehensive strength and conditioning programme, using age-appropriate equipment to enhance strength, coordination, and injury prevention.
