Free delivery is available when you purchase 50 boxes or more.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
・Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance for delivery or self-collection.
・Discounts are not applicable to Lacquer and Tin Boxes collection.
・Delivery and self-collection are available from 5 to 25 September 2026.
・The standard delivery time is between 10:00 and 18:00, subject to its conditions.
・Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a guide commencing from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen traffic conditions. For this reason, there may be some delays which are entirely beyond our control.
・Please note that requests for a specific delivery time are not available.
・Delivered and collected mooncakes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Cancelled orders are non-refundable.
・Once an order is placed, adjustment to the date and time is strictly not allowed.
・Deliveries will be made within the time slot selected.
