Dr Emma Waddington, founded Us Therapy in 2022 following a 20-year career in the Mental Health industry.
During her vast experience in both the private and public sectors, she has seen the disparities in access to quality mental health support within the society. Through Us, she and her team have created a haven that aims to deliver inclusive, compassionate, and expert therapy services that honour the uniqueness of every individual. We strive to cultivate acceptance, promote healing, and inspire personal growth. Through bold conversations and open dialogue, we challenge ideas, learn from one another, and deepen understanding to drive meaningful progress for our clients and community.
We are a team of compassionate, highly skilled, and qualified psychologists and counsellors dedicated to offering non-judgmental and fully confidential psychological support. Our services cater to individuals, families, couples, children, adolescents, and organisations.
We are based at the conveniently-located yet tranquil neighbourhood of Winstedt Road, but we also offer on-site clinics for corporates and online sessions.
